| What to bring to Practice Swimsuit Goggles, extra goggles swim cap towel water bottle good attitude |
| Swimmers will be assigned a practice squad. This is based on the swimmers abilities with each stroke, their times, their age and their attitude. Swimmers can change practice squads through out the season based on the criteria. These practice squads will be posted in the pool area, along with the criteria for each group. If your swimmer is not proficient in all four strokes they will most likely be in the green practice squad. |
