| Officers for the 2009/2010 season *Chairperson – open Description – Facilitate the meeting, create agenda, elsewhere as needed. *Secretary – Denise Olson Description – Take notes at meeting, type up minutes, email preliminary copy, get approval of minutes at next meeting. *Fundraising Coordinator – open Description - Coordinate the fundraising of money for specific needs for the team. This person will have a sub-group working together to coordinate all the fundraising. *Volunteer Coordinator/Training – two positions - open Description – This team of two will help coordinate all the volunteers for the team. There will be one for pool deck related activities and the other will coordinate volunteers for all the non-pool related tasks. *Concession Stand – Frank and Suzanne Zobitz Description – This person will work with the Committee and Diane to coordinate the concession stands for each of our home meets. *Website – Jenny Peterson Description – keep the website updated per requests from the coaches, Diane and the Committee. *Public Relations – open Description – This position will help communicate news about the team to the newspapers. (This also includes newsletter, and monthly calendar but Diane Jones will continue to take care of that info.) *Clothing – Melissa Johnson Description – this person will help coordinate the sales and distribution of the clothing and swimsuit orders. *Ribbons – Jackie Lundy Description – this person will distribute all the ribbons following swim meets, periodically counting of ribbons as well.
